A few years back, we were fortunate to receive an Innovations in American Government Award from the Ford Foundation and the Kennedy School of Government. On a recent spin through the Internet, I stumbled across this video on YouTube. It is a short clip showing John Feinblatt and Jonathan Lippman making a presentation to the judges of the award.
