What's Going On
One of the many pleasures of working at the Center for Court Innovation is the diversity of the work we do. To give you just a sense of what I mean, here are four links that were sent to me, all from this morning:
- MSNBC does a story on gun violence that highlights the work we are doing in Crown Heights.
- Gonzaga Law Review publishes "State and Tribal Courts: Strategies for Bridging the Divide," an article written by several authors from the Center for Court Innovation.
- The White House (!) blogs about our recent Reentry Court graduation in Harlem.
- Our friends at the Urban Institute publish the results of their evaluation of the Bronx and Brooklyn Mental Health Courts. Findings include reductions in recidivism at both projects. I will probably write more about this at some point.
